Personal and private 1-on-1 instruction in 30 min. Allows for maximal supervision for optimal Individualized programs that need to be designed around injury or medical conditions, and allows for maximum variety in training.

Small Group Training
Personalized exercise Instruction along side another client. Workout with a friend, family member, or co-worker, and share the accountability of your workouts together.
Never exceeds 2:1 client to trainer ratio
Time: 45 minute session

INBody Test & Consultation
A non-invasive body composition analysis that provides a detailed breakdown of your weight (fat mass, muscle mass, body water) and will aid in tracking overall health progress over time as well as setting and attaining measurable goals for success. After you InBody Test you’ll sit down with one of our exercise professionals and get a plan tailored to you and your goals, personalized behavioral change recommendations, and learn the importance of exercise, sleep, and stress; not just calories!
Time: 15-30 minute session
Price: $25 per test ($35 for non-training clients)
